These terms & conditions of use govern your use of our website, StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance. By using our website, you agree to these terms of use in full. If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not use our website.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By using our website and by agreeing to these terms of use, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Your agreement and payments
1. Acceptance of the use of StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance
Your access to and use of StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website and the services therein.
2. Credit card details
All credit and debit cards should be verifiable and made in the client's name whereby the client's name should be on the card. For any person wishing to make a payment on behalf of the client, then notification is required by the card holder to verify the transaction. If for any reason authorisation has not been received, then an immediate transfer of the initial payment will be sent back to you and your appointment will unfortunately be lost. This is a fraud prevention policy. This applies to any person making an appointment with StarClair.
Booking and guidance disclaimer
3. Cancellation charges
For any person wishing to make an appointment with StarClair, full payment is expected to be made no later than 12 hours prior to your initial booking time. If full payment is not received within the 12 hour notice prior to your booking time, this will result in the loss of your appointment, whereby the appointment will be given to the next client automatically.
3.1. Cancellation notice
24 hours notice is required for any person booking a psychic reading in advance. Failing to attend a previously made appointment without cancelling will unfortunately incur a 100% cancellation charge of the total booked reading time that was previously booked. This charge will be applied to your next future appointment.
For any person wishing to make an appointment with StarClair or Draven, and receives an appointment the same day, should note there will be a 1 hour cancellation period from the initial booking time required. Subsequently, for any person who wishes to cancel their appointment after the 1 hour notice period will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booked appointment for any consistent last minute cancellations.
4. Late arrivals
We cannot stress the importance of being punctual, your slot will only be held for 10mins and the mins that you are late will be reduced from the amount of mins that you booked for a reading.
5. Advice
The contents of StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. Please be aware that StarClair or Draven are not qualified counsellors, nor qualified medical professionals, nor does they hold any qualifications in law or finance and makes no claims in this regard. StarClair may, from time to time, offer a personal opinion, but this does not constitute a consultation, be it medical, financial or legal or any sort of professional counselling. Any opinions that StarClair offers related to the spiritual aspects of any financial, health issue are not a substitute for advice, treatment, by the financial, medical profession and we strongly urge you not to use or see them as such and to seek professional advice from a qualified medical practitioner, financial consultant should it be necessary. The results and outcomes of this service are not the responsibility of StarClair as the actions, (non-actions) are the sole responsibility of the individual and it is to their discretion on how the information is utilised and interpreted.

6.1. Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
6.2. Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. StarClair has the right to refuse the provision of this service should she feel the individual is misusing and over relying on the information provided and neglecting their personal responsibility in their personal affairs. StarClair will make it known if she feels the individual is becoming dependent on this service and deny them further access as this is not what it is intended for. The interpretations and actions (non-actions) are the sole responsibility of the individual.
7. Links to third party websites
The StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
8. Copyright

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance or otherwise used by StarClair Psychic Readings and Spiritual Guidance as permitted by law.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of United Kingdom and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
